The "Could not verify the OpenAI API key" error is usually due to an incorrect API key. First, grab your correct API key from OpenAI's platform and update it in Clay.
If you're still seeing issues, check your OpenAI usage tier at this link. Free plans and tier 1 won't work with Clay - you need at least tier 2 with 30,000 TPM for content generation or 450,000 TPM for Claygent.
Make sure you've copied the entire API key exactly - even one missing character will cause this error.
Sorry for this, it looks like we've got a bug on our hands. For now, your enrichments using your OpenAI key should work even though there is an error message. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, but we will try and fix it as soon as possible!
