Hi, does anyone know if it is possible to use clay to track changes on a field in CRM for example each time close date changes, could it update in a clay table so we have an audit trail?
Clay can track CRM changes and maintain audit trails through automated workflows. You can set up Clay to monitor specific fields and trigger updates when changes occur. Clay creates closed-loop systems that continuously update your CRM with the latest information without manual intervention. The platform supports automated refresh strategies that can track any crucial data point you need to keep current. For Close CRM specifically, Clay offers Update Lead and Update Contact actions that can automatically modify existing records using data from Clay. You can configure these actions to run automatically when new data is added to your Clay table. Clay maintains a 2-way sync with your CRM, allowing you to set up enrichments that auto-sync back to your CRM. This enables you to create comprehensive audit trails by capturing field changes and storing them in Clay tables for historical tracking.
