The duplicate records are being automatically deleted because you have auto-dedupe enabled on your table. [1] Auto-dedupe continuously monitors a specified column to detect and resolve duplicate values by retaining the oldest row and deleting the duplicates.
To manage or disable auto-dedupe:
Click the Auto-dedupe icon at the bottom right of your table [2]
Toggle off Enable automatic deduplication
Click Save Changes
Alternatively, you can access this through your table settings dropdown and select Enable/Disable auto-dedupe.
To manually dedupe instead:
Right-click the column you want to dedupe, then click Dedupe > Delete Duplicate Row. Note that deleted rows cannot be recovered, and duplicates are identified based on exact string matches. [3]
