How to Duplicate a People Source with Pre-Selected Industries

Is there a way to duplicate a people source with pre selected industries? i have done a people search with 20+ industries and dont want to input that for every search again

Yes, you can create a personal template to reuse your people search with pre-selected industries: 1. Duplicate your existing table with the 20+ industries already configured 2. Move it to a separate workbook 3. Add '[Template Do Not Delete]' to the table title for clarity This retains the search configuration without the data. When you need a new search, simply duplicate this template table and it will preserve all your industry filters and other search parameters. Alternatively, after importing your initial list, you can click on the source column in your People table to edit search parameters and expand your results without losing your original filters.

When I duplicate the table the source gets emptied

That’s expected—duplicating a table won’t carry over the source settings, so you’ll need to reselect the search parameters to recall the data.that happens because we don’t cache the results of people searches. Each time you duplicate the table, you’ll need to re-enter the parameters to trigger a fresh search. Let me know if you want help resetting it.
