What's the best way to upgrade our plan? If we upgrade does it still keep out credits we paid for with the first plan?

When you upgrade your plan, you'll keep your existing credits and receive additional benefits: 1. Your current credit balance will be retained. 2. The new plan's credit allotment will be added on top of your existing balance. 3. Your billing cycle will reset, giving you a fresh month to use your credits. To upgrade, you can use the "Upgrade Plan" button in the Billing section of your account. If you need extra credits before upgrading, you can also purchase credit top-ups, which cost 50% more than your current plan's credit cost.
