Company list building Lookalike bug: When I enter URLs for the lookalike and have the same URLs excluded, the search lands on an error and I don't know what to do. I was hoping that someone could help me with this because it is part of my task to find lookalikes for companies that are new and not already in our SFDC.

Hey Willy- this is likely because you are inducing the bug by entering the same URLs for the lookalike and the excluded domains. The system probably doesn't understand the request, or is making contradictory requests at the same time. Please let me know if this is correct or if I'm misunderstanding the question!

Okay, I understand. Do lookalikes automatically exclude the domains that are being put into lookalikes (including variants, e.g. amazon,com, amazon.br, amazon.de, etc)?

Hey Willy! The lookalikes works as follows:
You paste company domains or LinkedIn URLs and can add filters like location, company size, industry, etc. If you're using Ocean.io you can even adjust how close you want the lookalike to be to your company inputs(although this may reduce your results). There may be certain companies you definitely don't want to include in the search, and in this case, those will be what you map in the exclude domains filter.
