Optimizing Product and Services in Find Companies Search

Hi Clay Team, I wanna understand the best way to use "Product and Services" in the Find Companies search criteria. Q : If I add certain text in this option, is it's gonna show all companies with descriptions having keywords/text that I added in the filter? Q: Can we add AND/OR conditions? Q: Do i still have to use other filters like industries etc along ?
