yes but the filtering criterias are outside of the ddata i"m trying to import

You can use external exclusion tables for this. Create a separate table with your filtering criteria, then reference it in Find People/Companies using the "Exclude" section. [1]

You can also maintain a central exclusion table and link it to your primary table using "lookup single row action" for dynamic filtering without duplicating data.

This lets you filter against data that exists outside your import source.
