How do I save a template to use in my own workspace
There are several ways to save templates in Clay:
For personal table templates:
1. Duplicate your table
2. Move it to a separate workbook
For column group templates:
1. Select multiple columns by holding ā (Mac) or ctrl (Windows)
2. Right-click and select Save as template
3. Name your template and click Create template [1]
For waterfall templates:
1. While creating a waterfall, select Save as template
2. Give it a name, description, and category
3. Select Save template [2]
To use saved templates later, go to Create New > Table > Use Template and choose from your saved templates. [3]

Hi Clark, thanks for reaching out to support!
Based on the current Clay functionality, you can't add your own workbooks or tables directly to that Template Library view. The templates shown there are Clay's pre-built templates.
The current workarounds are:
Duplicate tables: Keep a "template" table in your workspace and duplicate it whenever you need it
Column-based templates: Select specific columns (shift+click from first to last column), right-click, and "Save as template" - but this only saves the workflow/columns, not the entire table with data
AI templates: For Use AI actions specifically, you can click "Save current config" to save your AI prompt as a reusable template, and access it later via "Browse templates" in the Use AI panel
The ability to save full tables/workbooks as personal templates that appear in that library is actually a requested feature that doesn't exist yet.
