hi team - whats the process of adding ad-hoc credits to my account outside of the subscription? I don't have that option in my billing portal as described in the KB i read

Here’s the breakdown: • Monthly Plans: Can purchase credit packs directly within the product. • Annual Plans: You would need to expand either by: Getting a new Self-serve pro-rated plan upgrades: You can upgrade your plan, and the extra credits will be applied pro-rated. hey Bo - availability from the sales team is pretty limited (nothing until 10/7). Is there any way we could get a meeting sooner? I was looking at the credits dropdown and noticed we could just upgrade that. would we just pay the difference on the annual cost and co-term that to our annual renewal?
would it work like this: the difference would be about $1620 if I upgraded 168k credits/year. we would pay the difference and get the 48k points added in the short term. at time of renewal, we would pay the full price of $5388/yr for 168k credits.
