We have a potential client running their business with 2 separate entities and different CRMs who currently use Clay for their main location in UK. Would it be possible for them to use their main Clay subscription and connect a second CRM onto it?
Yes, it is possible to connect multiple CRMs to a single Clay workspace. You can add multiple accounts for the same or different integrations, including CRMs, by navigating to Settings > Connections and using the Add Connection option. Each integration account can be configured and managed individually, and you can set defaults as needed. This setup allows a client with two entities and different CRMs to use their main Clay subscription to connect both CRMs within the same workspace [1] [2] [3] .

If you need any more help with connecting multiple CRMs to your Clay workspace, please let me know. Would you like to provide more details about the CRMs or setup you're trying to achieve?
Ok this is great thank you. Is this possible to be done under any type of subscription which has the CRM integration?
Connecting multiple CRMs to a single Clay workspace is only available on the Pro and Enterprise plans, as CRM integrations (like Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, Loxo) are enabled exclusively at these tiers. Lower-tier plans, such as Free, Starter, and Explorer, do not include CRM integration features [1] [2] .

If you need any further assistance with understanding subscription plans and CRM integrations, I’m here to help. Would you like to share more about the specific setup or questions you have regarding your subscription?
Great thank you. Is it correct to assume that it would also be possible to connect it to Hubspot at the same time?
Yes, with a Pro or Enterprise subscription, you can connect HubSpot and another CRM (such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, or Loxo) to the same Clay workspace. Multiple CRM accounts can be added and managed individually in the Connections settings, allowing you to authenticate and configure each integration as needed. This setup provides flexibility to work with several CRMs simultaneously within one workspace. [1] [2] [3]

Is there a limit on the number of CRMs that can be connected? For instance if a company is setup with different instances of CRM globally
There is no stated limit on the number of CRM accounts or instances you can connect to a Clay workspace. You can add multiple accounts for the same or different CRMs, manage them individually, and set defaults as needed. This setup supports companies with multiple global CRM instances, allowing flexible integration management within a single workspace [1] [2] [3].
