Best Methods to Transfer Data from Webhook Table to Another Table

If I'm receiving data into a Webhook table, and I want to push that data to another table where all of my formulas and enrichments live, what's the best way to send it? Write to Table, Send Table Data, or something else? And do I accomplish the setup in the original table or the table I want to send it to?
