Issue with Saving Custom Rate Limit in HTTP API

Clay S. I am having issues using the "HTTP API" where I want to put the the "custom rate limit" to 900000 but when I save it, it does not save

The Duration field in HTTP API rate limit settings accepts values between 1 and 900,000 milliseconds. If you're unable to save 900000, please copy and paste your exact JSON configuration into the chat so I can help troubleshoot further.
