Issues with Claygent Reporting Zero Steps Taken

My claygent is saying this but when I go to my steps, it shows 0 steps taken. Is it hallucinating? This is happening a lot "After checking publicly available sources, there are no press releases or reputable news articles indicating Systech MSP has been acquired or has acquired another company; company site and public presence show no acquisition announcements."

If your Claygent shows results but your steps show 0, it’s likely due to an infinite loop or misconfigured workflow. This can happen if an enrichment updates the same field that triggers it, causing repeated runs without progress.
To fix:
Set enrichments to manual or use a separate trigger field.
Add conditional logic (e.g., only run if a status field is empty).
Check for circular references or bidirectional webhooks.
Test with a small batch first.
If the issue persists, pause automations and review your workflow structure for loops. [1] [2] [3]

We’re not able to give an exact timeline yet. The bug is with the engineering team now, and they’re digging into it. In the meantime, the safest workaround is to simplify the prompt or test another model so you can keep things moving while our team work on the fix.

I think it's actually not a hallucination. I've got it quoting sections of the website in its reasoning and it seems to just be not including the steps

no worries. My concern wasn't so much about using the steps but mostly "is the agent hallucinating because it has no steps". It doesn't seem to be hallucinating so it's fine
