Hi team - I'm getting this error when trying to use the "find people" search. I'm connecting a clay workbook with companies to a clay workbook that is looking up people. Any advice?

Try these troubleshooting steps for the "Failed to fetch profile data" error:
1.
Perform a browser refresh using Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R
2.
Check your company table setup - ensure it has proper identifiers like LinkedIn URLs or domains, as these are essential for accurate people search results
3.
Verify the Find People configuration: • Table Reference should point to your company data table • Company Identifier should use LinkedIn URLs (preferred) or company domains • Use the default view unless you need a specific subset
If the refresh doesn't resolve it, click into the specific error cell to see more detailed error information. You can also try our built-in AI tool Sculptor (top-right corner) to help troubleshoot your workflow setup.
