Issue with Clay Credits Renewal Date and Status

Hi, my clay credits have not renewed, it was supposed to on Jul 20. It still says I'm out of credits and now says it'll renew Aug 20

When your Clay plan renews, there may be a 1-2 hour delay before credits appear in your account due to transaction processing times. This delay occurs because our card provider needs time to process transactions. For example, if your renewal was at 12 PM on July 20, your credits might not appear until around 1 PM. If it's been more than 2 hours since your expected renewal time and your credits still haven't appeared, or if the renewal date has shifted to August 20, this indicates a processing issue that needs human assistance. Please request to talk to a person for further help with your billing issue.
