Hi everyone ! We have changed our domain, hence our email addresses looks different now. I cannot log in with our old one or the new one and also cannot access our workspaces. Any hints? Would appreciate it!
Hey Jakob S. since clay login is tied directly to your email domain, you’ll need the team to update your account on the backend when the domain changes. Best move is to reach out to Clay support directly support@clay.com or in-app chat) and share both your old + new emails so they can migrate access to your workspaces.
