Clay is not allowing me to import "Company Website URL" despite the columns matching exactly from my CSV. I also had this issue with the "LinkedIn Profile URL", until I created a duplicate one. Curious why CSV import is giving trouble with URL data types

For CSV import issues with URL columns, try these troubleshooting steps: • Remove special characters: Remove commas, colons, and semicolons from your CSV data, as these can interfere with field interpretation • Use UTF-8 encoding: Ensure your CSV file uses UTF-8 encoding with comma-separated values • Try the Google Sheets method: Upload your data to a public Google Sheet, then download it again as a CSV and attempt the upload once more • Keep filename short: Make sure your CSV file name is brief These steps address common formatting issues that can prevent successful URL column imports.
