Hi Muhammad, Thanks for reaching out.
I had a look at your table, and it seems that you spent 9,000 credits on December 4th (Depending on timezones), using the "State Abbreviation" Use AI column. (You can look further into this by clicking into the history tab in the bottom right of the screen!)
You can see with this filter that 17,000 rows have successfully had this Use AI column been run.
Let me know if this helps explain the credit usage you mentioned, or if you have any further questions!
i did not run this column at all, what i know is claygent was bugged and i reported as well, i just saw the table after 4th dec
Hi thanks for updating me here, I'll have a further look at this and get back to you!
Hey Muhammad,
I've had a further look into this, and as per our company policy, I can offer you a partial refund of 50% of the credits spent here as a one-time courtesy. So that would come to 4,500 credits. I hope this helps and let me know how you'd like to proceed here, and let me know if you have any further questions
alright, anything you refund would be helpful Kashif J.
Hey Muhammad, I've gone ahead and processed the refund here, apologies for any inconvenience caused here, and thank you for your patience!
