Issues with Promotion Signal and LinkedIn Title Accuracy

Anyone else having issues with the promotion signal in which contacts are being found who have the same previous title as the new title, and when you check their linkedin, they are just in the same position with no new promotion?

To report this issue:
Right-click on the data cells showing identical previous/new titles
Select "Leave Feedback"
Mark the data as inaccurate
Add comments explaining that no actual promotion occurred
