How can I share a table (not a template) with someone so that the second person can work in the same table?
To allow someone to collaborate on your table, you need to invite them to your workspace first. Go to Settings > Team > +Invite, enter their email address, and adjust their role (User or Admin) before sending the invite. For specific workbooks, workspace admins can control access levels by clicking the workbook title → Edit workbook settings and selecting the desired access level under Edit Access. What type of collaboration level do you need - should they have full editing access or more restricted permissions?
Hi Andreas, thank you for reaching out. It is not possible to share just a table with someone. However, if you want him to access the same table as you. you will need your colleague to be a part of your workspace. To invite someone to your workspace, go to "Settings". Then, on the sidebar, select "Team" and then select the "Invite" button.
Following this, in the menu that appears, insert the email of the person you would like to invite. Then, select if it is the person should be an "Editor" or "Admin"and then press "Send Invite".
