Issues with Running Columns in One Click: Seeking Help

Since last friday I'm facing an error that I cant run a column in one click (run rows or force run all, see screenshot). I can only run a row by clicking on a cell one by one. Do you know what is causing this problem?

Try a hard refresh to resolve this issue:
Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R
Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
If the column is stuck, click the column header and select Force Rerun Column to reset it.
If the issue persists after trying these steps, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person."

Thank you for reaching out to the support team. What happens when you click that button? Are there any columns on this table you've sent that are experiencing this issue? I want to jump in and test but don't want to run anything that may impact your current workflow.

maybe good to keep the current filters, I have HS open in another tab with the same contacts. we can see if something works or not

Okay so one of the filters you have up is 'Where "Klanten" has results'. This means that every row has succeeded before it, and clicking "run all rows that haven't run" works on the row after it:
Could you help me understand the ways in which the rows or the actions aren't behaving as expected? I.e. what is the actual outcome vs the expected outcome? Any further context would help me troubleshoot more effectively :)
