Hey, I have been using the find contacts at company enrichment. However some of them are saying No profile found. Yet i look on linked in and there are profiles which fit the filters/job roles i have put in. Seems a bit hit and miss any help?
When the "Find Contacts at Company" enrichment returns "No profile found" despite matching profiles existing on LinkedIn, this is typically related to search accuracy limitations. The issue could be due to: 1. The specific filters you're using may need adjustment to better target the desired profiles 2. The integration relies on finding LinkedIn profiles through our data sources, which may not have complete coverage of all LinkedIn profiles For better results, you could try: ** Refining your job title filters and search parameters ** Using the "Find & Enrich Person from Google Search" feature as an alternative, which uses Google search to locate LinkedIn profiles * Building more targeted prospect lists by layering people search on top of enriched company data If you continue experiencing issues, you may want to request human assistance for more specific troubleshooting.
Hi Max, Sorry you had an issue here. Do you mind sending the link (url) to the table so we can take a closer look? Gabe

Hi Max, Sorry you had trouble here! I would recommend trying a "Find People" search instead of adding this "Find Contacts at Company" enrichment.
You would click the "Add" button at bottom right to create a new table. Type in and select "find people." Type in the same keywords and titles you put for the Find Contacts enrichment, but also make sure under "Companies" to link the proper company table. This should give you better results! Please let me know how this goes and if other problems pop up. Gabe
Hi Max, Could I get a little more context on what you're trying to do? The link I have above brings me back to your UK Manufacturers table company list.
I see you've run a Find People at company action. Are you looking to find the decision makers/owners at these companies to target? If so, to find company decision makers I usually use that same Find People search and just search for more senior titles 1) Use "Find People at Companies" under Actions 2) Filter for senior titles like C-suite, VP, Director, Head, and Owner 3) Set location and number of people per company if needed 4) Run additional enrichments on the results to get contact details and verify roles
