HI - I'm having issue s with the single table look up - action is queued and then doesn't take place. Even when run on a single row
Seems Clay is having major disturbances right now
When your single table lookup is stuck on "queued," click the column header and select Force Rerun Column to reset it. Alternatively, try clicking the column header, hover over "Run column," and select Force to jump start the column run. If the issue persists, try a hard refresh: ** Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R ** Mac: Cmd + Shift + R No additional charges apply when rerunning these rows.
Performance issues can occur with larger tables or complex workflows. Try a hard refresh first: ** Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R ** Mac: Cmd + Shift + R For stuck columns, click the column header and select "Force Rerun Column" or hover over "Run column" and select "Force." No additional charges apply when rerunning rows.
Hey, Joe Milnes Pause the table Go to the Single Table Lookup step Check: Target table is not empty Column types match (e.g., text to text) Lookup key exists in both tables Limit lookup to one result (uncheck multi-match if not needed) Turn off Auto-run, then run manually on 1–5 rows If still stuck Delete & recreate the lookup step Or duplicate the table and try again
Thanks for the detailed troubleshooting steps! Those are excellent suggestions for resolving single table lookup issues. For stuck lookups, you can also try clicking the column header and selecting Force Rerun Column to reset it. Alternatively, hover over "Run column" and select Force to jump start the column run. If the issue persists, try a hard refresh: ** Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R ** Mac: Cmd + Shift + R No additional charges apply when rerunning these rows.
