This discrepancy is normal and occurs because a limit is likely being applied to your job search. While the preview shows the total universe of results that match your criteria (1,138), the actual export reflects any limits applied to the search. In Clay's job search feature, you can typically import up to 1,000 jobs per query, but there may be default or custom limits in place. For example, if you're using the "Find Jobs" source, it may have a default limit setting that's restricting your export to 158 rows. To increase the number of results in your export: 1. Check your search filters for any limit parameters 2. Adjust these limits before importing again 3. Consider breaking your search into multiple more specific queries

Hey, I heard back from the team—this is happening because there’s a limit per company, and the search isn’t accounting for that. It can’t calculate the company-specific limit, which is why you’re seeing fewer results in the table. Really appreciate you flagging it.
