To add the lead score column from your linked companies table to your find people tables: 1. In your find people table, click on a cell in the "Company Table Database" column (the lookup column that connects to your companies table) 2. Hover over the "Lead Score" field and select the "Add as column" button This will pull the lead score data from your companies table into your people table automatically. Important tip: If you update lead scores in your companies table later, rerun the lookup column in your people tables to sync the updated information. Repeat this process for both of your find people tables to add the lead score column to each one.
Another question, when I use the Find People at these companies action, it decreases from over 1,000 companies to only 500-600 people. How can I find people at all the companies in my list?
The drop from 1,000+ companies to 500-600 people is normal - not every company will have people matching your search criteria. To find more people: ⢠Adjust your search parameters - broaden job titles, locations, or other filters you've set ⢠Increase the limit - set a higher number under "Limit" to retrieve more results per company ⢠Preview before importing - use "Preview People" to see total matches and refine filters until you're satisfied The system shows both loadable results and the total universe of matches, so you can see exactly how many people are available across your companies.
