Is there any way I can go over the 4x credit re-up limit?
You cannot exceed this 2x rollover limit through normal credit accumulation. However, you can purchase credit top-ups on top of your existing plan for additional credits when needed.
Was that helpful?
no. i was asking about one-time purchase credits
Thanks for clarifying. I’m connecting you to a human agent who can provide more details about one-time credit purchases.

Hi Nathen, thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, no. You can only purchase up to 4× your plan’s monthly credits within the same billing month. To get more credits, you can upgrade your tier or credit plan.
Is there any one I can reach out to discuss plans? or credit optimization?
Also if I upgrade my plan now does it reflect immediately or in the next billing cycle?
Hello Nathen! Thanks for reaching out! If you upgrade your plan right now it will reflect immediately and you will get the new credits. However note it will not be prorated and you will essentially pay for a new plan and your billing date will change to today. Can you tell me more about what you would like to discuss when it comes to plans or credit optimization? If you want to go for a higher Pro or Enterprise Plan I can help you get connected with a Growth Strategist to discuss in detail!
Got it. So if I upgrade today it will give me the new credits + rollover and start a new billing cycle on the 31st of each month. Then after that I can still do the 4x re-ups for this new billing cycle and downgrade if I no longer need that many credits / month. Is that correct?
Hey Nathen! That is my understanding correct! Since your billing cycle resets and you upgrade, the number of credits you can buy under that limit should go up to!
too*
Thanks Sayli
