When will Support Hours be widened? There are many of us outside the USA. "We're currently outside of our standard office hours (9 AM to 9 PM EST, Monday through Friday), so it may take a little longer for us to respond."
We don't have specific information about plans to expand our support hours beyond the current 9 AM to 9 PM EST, Monday through Friday schedule.
Currently, we offer live product walkthroughs three times a week where you can see Clay in action and ask questions, plus open office hours three times a week for deeper dives and live Q&A sessions.

Thanks for reaching out to support and for the feedback. We are hoping to expand support more globally throughout the course of this year, we will be opening a London office soon as well as higher some EPAC representatives. In the meantime, we'll work hard to accommodate your questions as fast as we can :)
