Request for Help: AI Messaging Column Errors in Spreadsheet

I keep getting errors from my AI messaging column. I did the AI troubleshooting steps and I am still getting errors. Can someone please review this sheet and let me know if this is something I did?

Hi Jill, Have you tried force re-running those rows? It seems that the cells are timing out because of the size and complexity of the prompt. If re-running doesn't work we might need to simplify or break up the prompt.

Yes I have tried to rerun a few times. It just felt weird that the first like 100 rows worked and then it started erroring.

Do you recommend I move this into like a chain prompting situation?

Looking closer and I think something with the other event link type is tripping up Claude; the errors only start with this event link. Could you make the link optional in the prompt? Or maybe scrape the info from it in advance for Claude to then process the text?

I'm also seeing that Anthropic had an outage this morning, which could've caused the time out: Anthropic is currently down https://status.anthropic.com/ Anthropic Status
