Can anyone in sales help me upgrade my account to a Pro account and then maybe get some help mapping CRM fields?

You can upgrade to Pro yourself! Go to Settings > Plans & billing > Change plan, then select Pro with your preferred credit tier (50K-150K monthly credits). [1] Pro includes CRM integrations like Salesforce and HubSpot. [2]

I bought the explorer package yesterday and need to upgrade and not pay the entire price today.

Unfortunately, upgrades aren't prorated - you'll be charged the full Pro plan amount when upgrading. However, you keep all unused credits from your Explorer plan, so they roll over to your new Pro plan. Your billing cycle also resets, giving you a fresh month to use all your credits. [1]
The team is looking into prorated billing options for the future.
