for an Update People Table column, is that what a search for people stems from? if not, i cant find how to send new rows to a find people search which funnels into the table "People at NZ Biz" https://app.clay.com/workspaces/489571/workbooks/wb_0t2almsAi7aUF5rinVN/tables/t_0t2almsZfjacuKFUaGT/views/gv_0t0s9nne5asskguzZFD

Yes, the "Update People Table" column links your company table to a People table created by a "Find People" search. When enabled with "Automatic People Search Updates," it automatically sends new company rows to update the connected People search. [1]
To send new rows from your company table to the "People at NZ Biz" table, use Actions → Send table data. Select your destination table and choose "Send row for each item in a list" to flatten the people results into individual rows. [2] [3]
