Recent strange glitch, when I past in information and it is more rows than the table has (Generally pasting in linkedin urls for enriching with names and emails) it autofills a bunch of the squares as blank and I have to go and clear them all before it works
The blank cells appearing when you paste more rows than your table currently has are likely due to loading delays—larger tables can take longer to update and display properly.
To resolve this, try clearing your cache and refreshing your screen to see if the empty rows persist.
If the issue continues after refreshing, you can filter for rows where the affected columns "is empty," then manually run the enrichments on those specific rows. You can also use the "merge columns" feature to combine results if needed.
Did that answer your question?
nah see the little green tags on the cells, they are being created as custom set zero contents so when just have to select them all and clear then they work properly, it just started happening and not sure why
Thanks for sharing that detail; I understand how frustrating this can be. I’ll connect you to a human agent who can look into this further.

Hey there! What is your action path that causes this to happen? For context, this usually happens with large copy/pastes that contain blank values
So I am pasting1-500 linkedin urls into 1 column, (only one column selected) then for some reason it blanks out all those other ones
Hey William - it sounds like when you are selecting the copy it also registering other blank columns. What I'd recommend is to use a third-party (like a GPT model) to clean up the copy before pasting in
what?
I'm pasting 1 column worth of information and clay doesn't let you paste into more columns than you have selected
so I'm not even sure what you are trying to suggest
