We are looking to purchase more credits. If we change our plan to have more credits, does the contract start over when we upgrade or do we just get a prorated amount until our contract terms?
When you upgrade your plan, the billing cycle resets immediately and you're charged the full amount for the new plan. You receive the new credit allotment added on top of your current credit balance right away, giving you a fresh month to use all credits.
Currently, we don't offer prorated billing for upgrades, but our team is looking into incorporating prorated plans and credits for the future.
If you need temporary additional credits without changing plans, you can purchase credit top-ups from your billing section instead.
