I signed up for the starter plan at $149 a month to get going. I see that there is a 2x rollover only. I didn't realize that. I am going to lose my extra credits in about 2.5 weeks. Is there anyway to carry them over for a other month. I went through cohorts and got extra credits. I have been swamped with work and I've had no time to really use the platform. If there is anyway I can carry them over for a other month or 2 that would be very helpful.
Unfortunately, the credit rollover policy is fixed at 2x your monthly plan limit. Since you're on the Starter plan, unused credits automatically roll over and accumulate up to double your monthly credit allowance - this is already the maximum rollover allowed. The system doesn't allow extending credits beyond this 2x limit for additional months. Your credits will expire according to the standard rollover policy regardless of usage circumstances.
If there is anyway to make an exception for one time that would be amazing. I'm going to lose like 7k credits.
