Hi Clay team: There is an issue with my account credit. My current credits were expiring tomorrow and I am planning to use them all today. However , during the day , my credits have shifted.. 2 screenshots from today: 1) taken now, 2) taken a few hours back. Could you please look into it?
Based on your screenshots showing 3,254 credits with 100 credits rolling over on December 5th, this appears normal for our credit system. [1]
On monthly plans, unused credits roll over and accumulate up to 2x your plan's monthly credit limit. [2] Since you have 100 credits rolling over, this suggests you're on a plan with a 100-credit monthly allocation, meaning your maximum balance would be 200 credits total.
The 3,254 credits you're seeing likely includes credits from previous periods that accumulated beyond the normal rollover cap. When your billing cycle renews on December 5th, your balance will be adjusted to match your plan's rollover limit (200 credits maximum for a 100-credit monthly plan). [3]
If you need further help understanding your specific credit situation, just ask to speak to a human.
Was that helpful?
Your credits increased from 3,254 to 4,148 during the day, which suggests unexpected credit consumption may have been reversed or credits were added back to your account. [1]
To investigate what happened, check your Credit Usage Dashboard by clicking the "Credit usage" button in your account. This will show detailed logs of all credit activity including any refunds or adjustments.
Common causes for credit fluctuations include provider refunds for invalid data, which we automatically credit back to your account, or credits being restored if enrichments were stopped mid-process.
Review your table history and recent platform activities to see if any processes were run and then reversed, as this could explain the credit increase.
Is that what you were looking for?
