Issue with Sculptor Not Executing After Multiple Chats

Abdul S. LuisArturo this is the issue with sculptor after a couple of chats (reason why i start new chats)... is because it doesnt actually execute anymore ... it just says it did

When Sculptor appears to execute but doesn't actually create the column, try these troubleshooting steps:
First, try a hard refresh:
Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R
Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
If that doesn't work, force the column to run:
Click on the column header of the affected column
Hover over the "Run column" field in the dropdown
Select "Force" to jump start the column execution
Current Sculptor limitations to keep in mind:
Sculptor has no write capabilities yet - it can create new tables but can't modify existing ones
It's designed as a building partner rather than creating complete workflows with single requests
