If your account still has credits but a team member sees that credits have run out, it’s possible that credit usage varies by table, workbook, or integration. To check detailed credit usage and see where credits are being consumed: ** Go to Settings > Credit usage in the sidebar. ** Review usage by folders, workbooks, tables, and integrations to identify where credits are being used most. If you need to confirm the remaining credits: ** Go to Settings > Plans and Billing to view the current credit balance.
