There could be several reasons why you're unable to log in to your account. Here are some troubleshooting steps: 1. If you're using password login, try the "forgot password" option on the login screen to reset your password. You'll receive an email with password reset instructions. 2. If you don't receive a password reset email, you might be set up to sign in using Google Authentication instead. Try logging in with Google rather than a password. 3. Try logging out completely and logging back in. To log out, select your profile on the top right of the screen and click "Sign Out." 4. Clear your browser cache and refresh the page to resolve persistent error messages. 5. If you're experiencing session-related issues, logging out and back in can refresh your session token. If you continue to have trouble after trying these steps, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person."
