Hey Clay Team - I have a feature suggestion. I ran out of Clay credits a couple weeks ago. When my credits renewed on 5/12, without me knowing, some tables that I had set to Auto-update burned through all of my credits before I even knew about it. My suggestion is this - if someone is out of Clay credits, when they auto-renew, prompt the user to see if they want to use their credits on tables that are currently set to auto-update. I am very unhappy about losing a month's worth of credits in this manner.
To prevent auto-updating tables from depleting your credits, you can: 1. Turn off auto-update at the table level by: ⢠Clicking the three-dot icon beside your table name ⢠Selecting "Auto-Update Columns" or "Disable Auto-update" ⢠Or clicking the Auto-update icon at the bottom right of your table and selecting "Turn Off Table" 2. Disable auto-update for specific columns by: ⢠Clicking the column header ⢠Going to column settings ⢠Toggling off "Auto-Update" in "run settings" Auto-update is actually turned off by default to help prevent unexpected credit usage. For your feature suggestion about prompting users before spending credits on auto-updates, I'll share this feedback with our product team for consideration.
