Need Help with Salesforce Update Column Error in Table View

Hi Clay S., just wanted your help on checking this out, we've got an error for this salesforce update column. Im so confused because most of the rows in this table ran without any problems but when there seems to have rows that have this error. The conditional if is the same for all, I just don't know what to do right now. Please help ❤️
