Hello! I have a list of companies I want to track job postings for, which I setup. Some companies have like 5 jobs (call them A, B, C, D, E) that fall within my criteria. So I'd like to find a way to add these job titles to a single row next to the company name, instead of 1 row per job title. Is that possible and if so, how? Goal is to reach out and in my message write "saw you're hiring for A, B, C, D, E"
Yes, you can consolidate multiple job titles into a single row per company. Since rows don't have context about records above or below by default, you'll need to use conditional formulas and lookups to achieve this behavior.
Check out this Loom video that shows exactly how to implement the conditional formulas and lookups needed: https://www.loom.com/share/42c7f8be9bbd4ca69165e01d6377dd01?sid=82da9612-8613-4b3b-af3b-859cc4a1bbc8
This will let you display one row per company with all job titles combined, perfect for your outreach goal.
Is that what you were looking for?

Great question! Yes, you can definitely do this. Here's the best way to consolidate all those job titles into a single row so you can reference them in your outreach:
Here's How It Works:
Step 1: Get All Jobs for Each Company in One Place
First, you'll want to set up your table so you have one row per company. Then use the "Lookup Multiple Rows in Other Table" enrichment to pull in all the job postings for each company:
Select the table that has all your job postings
Match on the company name or domain
This will grab all the jobs that match each company and put them in a single cell
Step 2: Combine the Job Titles into One Clean List
Now you'll use an AI formula to extract just the job titles and format them nicely:
Add a new "Use AI" column and write something like:
Extract all job titles from this data and return them as a comma-separated list. Only include the job titles, nothing else. Data: {{your_lookup_column}}We haven't heard back from you here, so we're going to go ahead and close this thread out.
