Unexpected Table Updates Draining Credits: Seeking Support Resolution

hey support! I messaged this morning- I have a lot of tables that are not set to recur (are on a manual update schedule) who are suddenly running and using up credits and it's not at all understandable why they are doing this and what I can do about it- No one responded to me on support yet so coming on here and trying to understand- so far there is a significant amount of credits (~40k) that I don't understand why they are being used and how to stop it- and I would love to get these credited back to our account.

see all of these tables- only the ones in green are actually recurring but everything else is running

Table settings is to run manually

I just checked and the source was suddenly changed to "daily" BUT I never had this problem- this was not being run on a daily basis before I don't know how this is possible
