We’ve pushed a fix that should deal with the underlying issue that was causing rows to be deleted in tables with auto-dedupe enabled, that being said, we're still monitoring the situation. Auto-dedupe identifies duplicates based on exact string matches, which means it's case-sensitive and considers whitespace.
Common reasons duplicates remain:
** Different capitalization (Clay
vs clay
)
** Extra spaces before/after text
** Cells with more than 200 characters are excluded from auto-dedupe
** Blank cells are excluded
To fix this:
1. Check your dedupe column for formatting inconsistencies
2. Use the manual dedupe option: right-click the column header > Dedupe > Delete Duplicate Row
3. Ensure auto-dedupe is enabled via the table settings dropdown and verify the correct column is selected
