Request for Additional Credits on Pro Plan for Special Project

Hi, I'm a Pro plan user with 150,000 credits per month. For a special project, we had to use around 130,000 credits, and I'm wondering if there's a way to purchase additional credits at the same rate I pay for my current plan, rather than paying the higher price for extra credits. I'm asking because I can't upgrade further through the platform, and when I contacted enterprise sales, they're unavailable until next week. We need credits for our team to continue working in the meantime. Can someone help me with this?

You can purchase credit top-ups directly from your billing modal for immediate additional credits. However, these credit top-ups cost 50% more than your typical cost per credit on your existing plan. To purchase credits: 1. Go to Workspace Settings > Plans and Billing > Purchase Credits 2. Select the amount needed and click Continue New credits will be added to your balance instantly with no changes to your plan or billing cycle.

Hey Claudia B. sounds like a high urgency project right now, the only way to get extra credits instantly is through the billing modal, but as you saw, those top-ups are priced higher than your base rate since enterprise sales is out till next week, I’d suggest topping up just enough to keep things moving, and once they’re back, you can definitely ask them about a better rate or custom solution based on your usage
