Sales Nav to Clay:
1. Set up your search filters in Sales Navigator (don't save as a list)
2. Copy the search URL
3. In Clay, create a "Find People" table → select "External List" → paste the Sales Nav URL
4. Click Import (can take a few minutes to 30+ minutes)
Clay to Outreach:
Connect your Outreach account via SSO in any Outreach enrichment panel. Then use the "Create Prospect" action to add leads directly to Outreach, or "Add to Sequence" to enroll them in existing sequences.
You can import up to 2,500 results per Sales Navigator source, with each result costing 1 Clay credit.
found it but getting this error. any thoughts on ways to work through this.
You cannot use “Connection” as part of your search filters, because we do not have access to your Sales Navigator account to see your connections. Please reconstruct the search filters without “Connection” and try again.
Hey Daniel! This is because when creating the SN search, you are using actions that reference your profile and its data (connections). This means we aren't able to replicate the search on our backend to pull in the results, so it errors.
To solve this, I'd recommend removing any connection or self-profile based features and instead using general filters
