i had 2500 credits left to use by 28th and they have gone. Its still the 28th! I'm in Brisbane - its the 28th here and US. Just about to use them. Please refund now

Hi Ross, The billing subscription cycle takes place at the roughly the same time every month - for your workspace this is around 3:03AM UTC. I've gone ahead and refunded the 2500 credits that did not roll over as a one time courtesy - but going forward you can check the in platform notifications to alert you of when your billing cycle will refresh. Let me know if this helps, or if you have any further questions.
