Upgrading from Starter to Explorer: Refund Information

if i have plan starter and want to upgrade to explorer, will i get refunded for starter or no?

    Hey Eryk - We don't prorate plans so you won't get refunded for the starter plan. Instead, we let you keep any credits you had from the starter plan and give you all the credits of the new plan too. Let us know if you have any other questions!
