Hey Everybody @here! We're continuing to experience degradation across multiple parts of the app, including accessing the sign-in page. We're investigating and will provide updates as soon as we have them! You can also check for updates and monitor progress at our status page here: status.clay.com!
Mitch H. one more thing. i don't know if this should be also like this, but i tried to look up 2000 rows if they exist in google sheet.. Took me almost 3 hours to run.
Google Sheets integrations have low rate limits with a default limit of 300 read requests per minute per project. When your integration exceeds this limit, Google temporarily blocks further requests until the quota resets (typically after a minute).
For large lookups like your 2000 rows, break them into smaller batches to avoid hitting rate limits. The best approach is to retry requests after brief pauses when you hit the quota limit.
Clay implements rate limits for system stability, especially noticeable with heavier processes or lower API tiers. For large-scale processes, rate limits are enforced per row or column.
If you still need help managing large lookups or understanding rate limits, I’m here to assist. Would you like to provide more details about what you’re trying to achieve so we can continue?
