I paid for the Starter Plan on annual basis 3 months ago, but i want to upgrade now. How can I upgrade?
To upgrade your plan:
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select Settings [1]
Navigate to Plans & billing, then click Change plan
Select the plan you want to upgrade to and review the details
Click Upgrade to confirm
Your new plan activates immediately with applicable charges applied. Your existing credits from the Starter plan will roll over and be added to your new credit balance.

In the past it was not possible to upgrade plans, when did you change that?

I wanted to upgrade back then, and i wrote somewhere with support or the slack chat, because an upgrade was not possible back then. They said I just need to purchase a new additional plan, and the old (smaller) plan will be refunded partially (for the not-consumed part). I made that. Only now when preparing my tax documents I saw that you never refunded partially the first payment.... And I paid for both plans at the same time...

Back then 10.255/24.000 credits of the smaller old plan have been used at the moment i upgraded (and only 3 months out of 12). So roughly 42%. So partial refund should be 1.609 * 58% = 933.22$. But this never happened. Pls refund or put the 933.22$ as balance to my account, I will renew the subscription shortly with a higher plan anyways.
