hey hey clay team, haven't had any affiliate MRR payout since August a significant amount is "due now" for the last 1 month or so Can someone help here?

We have a 30-day waiting period for affiliate payouts to prevent paying commissions on sales that may be refunded. [1] After this period, we review and approve payouts weekly, then deposit them to your associated PayPal account.
If your commissions have been pending beyond the normal timeframe, please request human assistance by clicking "Talk to a person" so our team can review your specific payout status.

Same here as well! Got an email saying there was an issue a few weeks ago, but no update since.
